But the trees/landscape just don't seem to jive with Florida....I still go with somewhere down in the boondocks like AR or LA. :lol

Yes, US 41 in south Florida. It runs parallel with Alligator Alley

jaasun71 wins the package of Oreos, but may want to share with Brickman on a complementary gesture for being runner up, after correcting.

I emptied out in south Miami right near where 41 junctions in with the metro, so I decided to run it, to get over to Ft Myers instead of running the alley and costing me $10. $10 will get me almost 3 gallons of diesel LOL

Same here. I stayed at that sorry POS truck stop near the junction of 41 and 997. I figured rather than pay toll I would take the scenic route. It was nice.

Jaasun can have the oreos. If it wasn't for his assumption of 41 I might not have gotten it right. After he mentioned it, it jogged my memory and I revised my guess.
