They are not around but i am! It's the eisenhower tunnel. The ride over Loveland Pass at 12,000 feet is a lot prettier but not for a PeterBeater.........

Look on the bright side of things.

We will not have to travel half way around the world anymore to fight Socialism and Communism.

We can do it right here at home from our front porches and in the streets of our own nation.

Fight for Liberty will not be a slogan of a noble idea but a reality of daily life.

Socialism and total Government control are not knocking at the door anymore, they have walked in, invited by the huddled masses who are determined to "vote"themselves the things they want.

You are correct.

I've never been over Loveland on US 6.

Yep, right on the first try.
That I-70 is tough for a lot of trucks. We saw quite a few pulled over with hoods up and dejected drivers.
My rig sprung a leak on a heater core return hose on that trip. Lucky for me it happened out of Cedar City UT right at the northbound rest stop.

On all of my KWs I've been able to isolate the heater hoses to and from the block. I would imagine Peter is the same?

Yep.
I have 4 valves. 2 for the cab and 2 for the sleeper. It was a pencil hole size leak just below the fitting. I just cut the hose below the leak and reattached the hose added water, and went to the Walley World in Cedar City for coolant.
The funny thing was, I had just closed the valve because when the the weather gets warmer it keeps the cab cooler when you run the outside air. You still get warm air off the engine with the valve open. So I usually close them during the summer. It's open now, I guess that's why there's AC even at 7000'
