I really don't go to California much anymore.

Looks like 99 not 5.

Since 2 lanes, must be north of Bakersfield and south of Modesto.

Truck heading south since mountains on left.

My guess.......

CALIFORNIA. Close as I can get.

The pict was taken close to the coast and the town has an Amtrack station.
I was heading south at the time.
