Luckiest Milkman Ever!

I was going through some of my old pictures and thought I would share these. This happend about 3/4 of a mile from our farm on a corner that you can not really see is there until you are right on it. The driver was a sub who was not familiar with the roads on the route we are on. He had just left our farm and the combination of his lack of knowing the road, weight, and a wet road lead to him going straight off the corner down a hill a couple hundred yards, through a field and into the woods, trees being the only thing that slowed and stopped him. The pictures can tell the rest of the story. How he walked away unhurt I will never know. It took two dozers and a wrecker to get the truck out after they pumped all the milk out.
