Maybe not a newbie, but the way they run the company.
You ever thought that they WANT or demand the truck be driven the full amount of hours possible?
Why a strike? The CSA 2010 will cripple trucking.

Most of the drivers just would go and park at the Pilot.big wheels Thanks this. -
But do hire from cdl mills. And they do hire rehire and exp drives who can pass a backing course and a road test.
The range looks like it used to be a school with class rooms and all. But no school. I was going to get my lady to go. sorry. -
I have to read alot more about the csa 2010. But I do feel like a bulls eye on a target. But as for as the trucks. If it broke, the companies has to fix it. Right? Which means better trucks on the road. Not so good for the O/O.
I could be wrong about this. Like I said got to read more to understand it. -
smaller companies who are on the edge will probably perish with this gift to union and mexican carriers, and i can see only a few making more money from this. many drivers, like bullhaulers, logging, and agriculture who are traditionally independant in nature and not what the bigger companies deal with may also be in trouble.
all this talk of a strike is pure inmature bull$hit. somebody has to lead the thing and there isn't anyone out there to do it. just clean out yer truck and go home. i do see an increase in traffic for greyhound/ trailways as more used to be drivers look for a way to the house.MCR6468 and big wheels Thank this. -
I've read a fair amount on CSA 2010 but I'm not exactly sure who FMCSA (or DOT) is after or who is being targeted. Any ideas?
big wheels Thanks this.
