1st rule: have a point to strike.
    2nd rule: don't overplay it
3rd: make sure at least 1% of your projected number shows up
4th: in the case of the "truckers ride, blame it on the media and everyone else when you're shown to be a fraud and a failure.

Yep, I'm mad at the world, gun laws need changed, Obama needs impeached, there is a pimple on my arse are not reasons to strike.

We need someone with intelligence and a real game plan like Hoffa.

Nobody wants to disappear like he did. :)

My anger is that we need to take the entire Congress and do it all over again.

That's a political revolt, not a trucker's strike. That might happen too. The majority of the country is fed up.

Makes more sense than what they stated.

Most people should be aware that the government does not set the fuel prices.

I said it once and i will say it again....

Trucking has become a land for the Misfit Toys and Homeless People getting out of the cold..As long as these drivers continue to work for slave wages, nothing will ever be solved..

When i started trucking, the truck was looked at as a tool to make (great)money and bring that money home to your wonderful life and family.I owned my first home on 3 acres,a harley and a new truck at age 23 on a truckers wage..

Today the ''truck'' is looked at as FREE room and board. Not to mention a way to get out of the cold..

Sad but true but this is what trucking has come to....25 cents a mile and a roof over your head..

The trend here is to use cheaper employees to create larger profits.
