Truckers Strike Forum We all hear of a trucker strike. Let's put all the trucker strike threads in here, please so they will more organized. What do YOU think of a trucker strike due to outrageous fuel prices? The April 1st strike fizzled as expected. $5/gal. or more MAY make truckers stand together...if even then.

thats great if we all can get others too do the same. u know were not all dumb truck drivers thats what they all think, its not going to happen, it cant happen, they wont allow it...( think again its happing right now). just got a call from a friend from fort wayne he is in town and parking in our lot .he said he was putting a banner on his truck that says --FREE TRUCK NEEDS FUEL & DRIVER WHO WANTS TOO WORK FOR NOTHING--- we also have a big lot any one in the area your welcome fairmont W.V. down from the truck stop.... say no too cheap fright

I'm sorry about crashing this thread guys but I couldn't find the right one,for you guys not been a strike before or gas shortage watch the overpasses,back in the 70's we had nuts dropping cinder blocks off of bridges,shooting at trucks,all sorts of bs,be careful on your way home,good luck .

I dont understand what all the crying is about. Nobody is holding a gun to anybodys head to make them haul at a loss.

THANK YOU FOR SAYING THAT!!! THAT IS EXACTLY HOW I FEEL! I strike every day towards cheap freight, I simpily won't haul it! If nobody does, they will be forced to pay more FAST!

So your saying that it is alright for the Oil Company's to take advantage of truckers and home owners by charging what ever they feel like...

To top it off the Oil Company's want a 12 Billion tax break...How greedy can they get

Have you looked at other countries fuel prices? Besides just raise your operating cost to cover the cost of fuel!

You really seem to have an anti-labor agenda. Why are you against America's Owner Operators making things better for themselves, and their families?
