Truckers' Trucking Forum/Message Board - The Premiere Truck Driver Forum

Truckers Strike Forum We all hear of a trucker strike. Let's put all the trucker strike threads in here, please so they will more organized. What do YOU think of a trucker strike due to outrageous fuel prices? The April 1st strike fizzled as expected. $5/gal. or more MAY make truckers stand together...if even then.

I don't see any change up here at all!

Our drivers coming Through Chicago and From Pennsylvania say the highways are full like always.

We were supposed to get some new equipment in this week from Arizona. We only got half of them. The shipping manager said they were having a hard time finding drivers to haul the rest of them in. I also saw quite a few extra trucks parked at the truck stop east of Boise than normal. Still a lot of trucks running down the road on I-84 though.

East Coast Freight

If it is flatbeds your using, all the freight is on the East Coast. I am out of Oregon but only run the East Coast because freight rates going out west are criminal.
