Truckers Strike Forum We all hear of a trucker strike. Let's put all the trucker strike threads in here, please so they will more organized. What do YOU think of a trucker strike due to outrageous fuel prices? The April 1st strike fizzled as expected. $5/gal. or more MAY make truckers stand together...if even then.

as much as i agree with what these folks are doin, i cannot advocate the complete blockage of the highways....at least leave the left lane open, after all we have all seen 4-wheelers try to get in line in an orderly fashion...lol

I was stuck in one of these on the Jersey Turnpike while on vacation. Had no clue what was going on. I figured I would see something about this on the news once I got to my destination but I heard nothing. I had to do an internet search to figure out what was going on. Just hope you guys did some good. Being a former truck driver I figured something was up but for the average person out on the road that day I hope you did more than just piss them off. Truckers already have a bad reputation as it is. More advertisement, better planning or more news coverage would have been nice for you guys but I just didnt see it
