Pointless is correct! It just blows my mind that they are protesting high fuel prices, yet they seem to have enough money to put fuel in and parade around burning fuel! Get organized, have a SOLID plan, and then maybe the rest of us would join in.

Makes as much sense as protesting a lack of a raise by sitting in boss's office burning dollar bills.

BLOWS YOUR MIND? YOU MUST BE A COMPANY DRIVER, AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT FUEL PRICES, AND TAKING CARE OF THINGS AT HOME. THEse people are trying to get it to work, instead of letting it blow your mind , jion a convoy, if all of you, that think this is for not, would join in, then we would have a larger convoy, and drill the message home. :biggrin_25516:some people just don't have a clue.

I am an O/O with two trucks and adding a third, and I have a clue. I am also making a profit on my trucks because I run my trucks as a business, raised my rates, know my costs to the penny, and I don't use "truckers math ".

You are right, for instance a clue that in America we value individual effort not government control, and we also value exchanging opinions with those we differ with WITHOUT having to put that other person down first.. I respect your right to think what you are posting, even though I believe you are wrong. I am glad to discuss it with you, BUT do not intend to wade through name calling and belittling remarks to find out what your opinions are.

Try stating your opinions of the topic under discussion instead of your opinion ( with no facts or knowledge) of the person posting just because you disagree with them.

If one applies logic to your form of debate, realizing you are defining a poster you know nothing about ( incorrectly BTW) why would I not think your opinions of the problem under discussion have similar value and facts to base them on?

State your facts, present you solutions, and refrain from the petty belittling of others thank you!

And whose fault is that ???

Why should the Gov't and the taxpayers fix or help their faulty businesses ????

I am realizing more and more, some people just really don't have a clue, but would rather bash everyone else that are at least TRYING!!!!
