when all else fails go for the jugular vain,protest it worked in the 60s it will work for you, I hope more people will stand up with you. Good Luck more drivers need to do the same thing to their companies from what Iv'e been reading on this forum must co,s are only looking out for them self and chaping on the drivers.

Maybe the other resolve would be for drivers with false dac reports to picket the usis in front of their building, maybe that would help also, would maybe make someone take notice there. i hope you get more help there Don on your cause,, good luck.

If JB Hunt falsified your DAC report, get an attorney. Find one that will take it on a contingency basis, which means if you win, the attorney gets a percentage. If you lose, he gets nothing. Sue them for a large amount of money. Lost wages, and punitive damages, which is the pain and suffering they are causing you. If you are in the right, they will back down real fast.
Standing in front of their terminal with a sign ain't puttin' no food on the table. Don't get mad, take 'em to court. That's the only thing those bullies understand. Once they hear from your attorney, they'll know you ain't messin' around.

I appreciate the advice but with all do respect my friend the DAC system is designed by trucking companies for this very reason....I have spoken to several attorneys about this and all said similar things like....what they have done or doing is wrong, unethical, sleazy,but not illegal. Proving that someone falsfied something about you through DAC is hard because I was also told that its not illegal for JBHUNT to give an opinion of me....the terminolgies and vocabulary they use on your DAC is not like they are new to this game....JBHUNT knows how to screw drivers because they have been doing it for a long time.....the court of public opinion is the best way to handle this because you fight slander with slander.....only this time getting my word out there is more forethcoming and straight to the point....JBHUNT has taken advantage of the fact that they were able to fabricate an inflammatory "PREVENTABLE" and their effed up way of looking at their agenda without a police to prove either way is scandalous. I guess you will know when it happens....So long as JBHUNT keeps standing by their irrational thinking about whats preventable and whats not my DAC is ruined....if you wish to know some details of why I was terminated read my other thread....thank you for your time driver....be safe.
