You don't really need an attorney. All the law books are there for anyone who wants to read them. You really want to file a case, read up on it, file it, and all you really have to do is out think the other guy. A lawyer is just a man, so beat him at the game. Judges love seeing stuff like that happen.

Yesterday was monday. Also if i'm not mistaken some intersections have cameras. Don't know if thats any help to anyone but maybe something to remember.

hey there....thanks for asking....mondays are my usual days for doing my thing in front of JBHUNT....however the powers that be i.e. JBHUNT is keeping me unemployed and barely getting by. i live 45mi from the terminal so i wasnt able to get there due to no $ for gas....i get my unemployment check this week along with my whopping $25 stimulus. i am going to be purched up on my 5ft step ladder with signs attached and others posted up and down in front of the terminal this coming monday. cameras are installed at the intersection but not sure what that signifies either way....all i know is this....if what i am saying about jbhunt did not refelct the entire truth about this criminal corporation then i would be silenced by now...hwoever i can back my words up with documentation and they cant. they just have the power to spit out whatever they want to because DAC services belong to the Big Co's and their abuse of the system they have created is very REAL....this last comment is not directed towards you but to anyone who thinks i havnt tried to obtain an attorney....IT COST ALOT OF $$$$ UPFRONT TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS AND IT COSTS JBHUNT CLOSE TO NOTHING TO VIOLATE YOURS AND MINE. I agree with you on the attorney thing. I think you have came to the realization that JB Hunt is never going to pay you what you deserve. I don't think that this is what your beef is aimed at doing anyway. Sure you would not turn it down but what you are after is for change in the way they treat drivers. You have sacraficed yourself for the good of the next generation driver. An attorney will not only cost money, but he will look to take the fight into the courtroom. You don't want that. You want the fight right out in the open for all to see.
My guess is that JB Hunt looks at you like a fly right now. They think you will grow tired of this and go away. For you to succeed you must show them that you will not tire, that you are in this for the long haul. Once they realize that they will do something. Until then, you can bet that they are just sitting back laughing at you, probably thinking what a nutjob you are and how you are waisting your time.
You can't give up! When you do they win.
