These are classic thunderheads... they haven't broken through the top layer enough to make them "dangerous" yet. Don't get me wrong, they can still be dangerous, but they do notproduce the kind of violence produced by those that have "broken through" and are those HUGE columns stacked miles into the atmosphere..
