Yup, that doesn't surprise me a bit. We owened a house on the highway that ran through Chappell. After they closed Leprino Foods there we moved east, and couldn't sell the house. Always prayed for a selective touchdown just on that house! Paid two mortgage payments for four years.

I'll have to call my friend and see if their place survived. They are up on a hill there. No way would I live where they live.
