Forbidden Exclamation Oklahoma Severe Thunderstorms!

* UNTIL 915 AM CDT

* AT 820 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE HAIL
AND WINDS TO 60 MPH. THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE
EXTENDING FROM 12 MILES NORTHWEST OF PADEN TO PADEN TO 8 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF PADEN...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH.

* SOME LOCATIONS NEAR THE PATH OF THESE STORMS INCLUDE...PADEN...
BOLEY...DEPEW...WELTY...OKFUSKEE...BRISTOW...SLICK AND KELLYVILLE.

Okay, Ladies and Gentlemen, what I am seeing on doppler is a line of potentially severe thunderstorms reaching from Approximately Lincoln, Nebraska down into an area just west of Dallas/Fort Worth... this string has areas of penny to quarter size hail, and winds to 70 mph... Thee storms are moing east/northeast at about 35 mph. There is some weak rotatioon in these storms, so please beware that tornados could form from them at any time!!

Also these storms are packing heavy rainfall, on top of already saturated soil, so flooding and flash flooding IS a concern!

In short, if you are anywhere in the Midwest, exercise EXTREME caution in your travels today!!
