Butterball Truck Driver Killed In Freak Accident Butterball Truck Driver Killed In Freak Accident 12/27/07 Quote: LONGMONT, Colo. -- A truck driver was run over and killed by his own rig Wednesday night in Longmont. Police said they responded to a call at about 9:47 p.m. to a report of a person stuck underneath a trailer in the 300 block of First Avenue. Police found a 44-year-old man from Greeley dead at the locationAn investigation revealed the driver had exited his truck cab and was underneath the trailer when his truck rolled backward. The passenger side rear truck tires rolled over him. The victim's identity has not been released.
