ENCINO - FM 755 is open again near Encino. It was closed most of yesterday after a fatal crash.
Police say although diesel was cleaned up from the area, drivers should be cautious. The roadway is still slick from the accident and the wet weather.
Four men were killed in the accident. Police say 32-year-old Jose De Jesus Cornejo lost control of the Ford F-550 he was driving. An 18-wheeler headed southbound broadsided the truck.
Cornejo and the other three men in the truck died instantly.
They were identified as 34-year-old Guillermo Rivas of Sullivan City, 25-year-old Oscar Garcia Hernandez of Sullivan City, and the driver's cousin, 31-year-old Jose Luis Cornejo of Penitas.
Families of the four men killed are now making funeral arrangements. The driver of the 18-wheeler had only minor injuries.
