An overturned 18-wheeler carrying diesel fuel has shut down I-285 East near the Old Dixie Road exit.

Rescue crews are working to remove the wreckage. However, the leaking fuel and propane tanks near the crash site have made the recovery effort difficult.

According to the Georgia Department of Transportation, estimated clean-up time is around 9:30a.m.
