Wichita emergency crews work into the night to remove a semi truck from some railroad tracks after it was hit by a train.
It happened shortly after 10:30 p.m. at the train tracks near 21st St. N. and Broadway.
Officers in the area heard the semi being struck by a train traveling north. When they arrived, they found the train engine had hit the semi's trailer. There was minor damage to both. No one was hurt.
Crews were able to reopen the tracks overnight. The cause of the accident is under investigation.
