You bring up an excellent point there....Every construction job and every driving job I've ever had,I had pre employment drug testing and then randoms throughout employment.....I worked as a LEO in three different states and was only drug tested pre employment in ONE!!!!! AND the woman left the office and went down the hallway when I took it.Never checked me,the bathroom or anything prior to me entering and blatantly gave me a chance to cheat if there had been a reason to.NEVER had randoms or anything like that and I knew more than one pill popping, weed smoking, drunken cop.Sad state of affairs really. And you are right...His old lady just won the lottery AND if nothings changed since I last heard,a free college education for her kids.
