Other sources say truck that driver was killed in "was going north and hit the other truck as it was pulling out into road to go north. Video show traffic signals at site.
Possibly a misread of the signals, as this is a small town with reasonable traffic flow. Should not have been a "road speed" collision. The yellow Penske must have been wound to strip it back that far. Drive carefully, it can happen anywhere at any time.

The driver was 26 years of age, this year. Not sure if his birthday had already passed, or was coming up.
