Semi Hits Squad Car Near Stillwater Lift Bridge Semi Hits Squad Car Near Stillwater Lift Bridge 7/9/08 Quote: STILLWATER, Minn. (WCCO) ― A semi truck was involved in a minor accident with a commercial vehicle inspector's squad car near the Stillwater Lift Bridge. According to authorities, the semi crossed the bridge from Wisconsin into Minnesota Wednesday morning.
