Frozen seafood into backyard Truck accident spills frozen seafood into backyard July 21, 2008 The Olympian, WA Quote: Investigators are still trying to determine how a truck driver lost control of tractor-trailer and spilled thousands of pounds of frozen seafood down a hillside and into a residential backyard. The accident occurred Sunday near Kendrick after the driver lost control steering through a sharp corner at the bottom of a 5-mile descending grade on Idaho Highway 99. Idaho State Police say the driver, Kevin J.
