Suspect in road rage incident surrenders Suspect in road rage incident surrenders 7/23/08 The Columbian, WA Quote: Pavel Kashul, accused of exploding in a fit of road rage on the Interstate 5 Bridge nearly two weeks ago, turned himself in at the Clark County Jail on Tuesday. State troopers say Kashul, driving a white Toyota Matrix on the bridge in afternoon rush-hour traffic on July 10, slammed on his brakes in front of a trucker who’d sounded his horn at him.
