Cdn truck driver, state trooper electrocuted Cdn truck driver, state trooper electrocuted while changing tire in New York 8/4/08 Quote: OGDENSBURG, N.Y. — A state trooper and another man are dead after a ladder touched a high-voltage power line as they tried to fix a flat tire in northern New York. State police say Trooper Shawn W.
