Rig Wreck Closes Part of Lycoming County Road Rig Wreck Closes Part of Lycoming County Road 8/5/08 WNEP-TV, PA - Quote: A tractor-trailer crash is tying up traffic in Lycoming County this morning. State police said a big rig wrecked along Route 15 northbound in Lewis Township, near Trout Run. There's no word yet on the condition of the driver or what caused the crash. Troopers have set up detours on Route 15 north and south near Trout Run. One lane of Route 15 has reopened.
