Accident on I-20 Accident on I-20 near Clemson Rd. involoved 18-wheeler 8/6/08 Quote: COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a traffic accident that happened Tuesday night on I-20 in Richland County. It happened just before midnight about four miles east of the Clemson Rd. exit. Right now all we know is the accident involved an 18-wheeler and another vehicle.
