Truck crushes man to death at workplace Truck crushes man to death at workplace CANADA 8/9/08 Quote: A 21-year-old man is dead after being crushed under the wheels of an industrial trailer truck. Paramedics were called to the industrial yard of Volker Stevin Contracting Ltd. at 4540 54th Ave. S.E. Friday morning.
