Major-injury crash solano co.: Major-injury crash blocks off ramp on highway 80 8/12/08 cbs 5, ca Quote: at least one person suffered major injuries this morning after a big-rig and another vehicle collided in unincorporated solano county, according to the california highway patrol. The crash, reported at about 1 a.m., involved a big rig and a silver bmw on westbound interstate highway 80 by the off ramp to westbound state highway 80, chp officer tom stewart said. The off ramp to highway 12, as well as the no. 4 lane on highway 80 just east of the ramp, were closed as of 3 a.m., according to stewart, who did not know when the lanes would be reopened.
