Man in Critical Condition After Crash Man in Critical Condition After Crash 8/12/08 Quote: (TULSA, Okla.) August 12- A man is in critical condition this morning after his pickup truck slams into a semi head on. The crash happened just before midnight near 116th Street North just east of Yale. Troopers say 38-year-old Carlos Velazquez was driving east on 116th Street North when he drifted over the centerline and hit a Quik Trip tractor-trailer head-on. This caused the semi to veer off the road spilling gas out on the street. Troopers say the roadway is dark and that may have been a problem.
