Candy-Filled Semi Crashes On I-435 Ramp Candy-Filled Semi Crashes On I-435 Ramp 8/17/08 Quote: KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A tractor-trailer crashed and overturned while trying to exit Interstate 70 onto Interstate 435 near the Truman Sports Complex Sunday morning. The truck was trying to make the curve from eastbound I-70 to southbound I-435 when it tipped over, trapping two people inside the cab's sleeping compartment. Emergency crews had to cut the two people from the vehicle and took them to a hospital.
