Quote:

ANAHEIM, Calif.—Seven people have been hurt, two of them critically, in a fiery Orange County freeway pileup.

Authorities say a big-rig jackknifed on the northbound Santa Ana Freeway in Anaheim and six other vehicles collided with the wreckage shortly before 12:30 a.m. Friday.
The rig's cab separated from the trailer and caught fire. Two people trapped in the pileup wreckage were pulled free and hospitalized in critical condition. Five other people suffered minor injuries.
