Driver Killed When Big Rig Overturns On Alley Driver Killed When Big Rig Overturns On Alley 9/9/08 FLORIDA Quote: WESTERN BROWARD (CBS4) ― Traffic troubles on Alligator Alley overnight when the driver of a tractor trailer flipped his big rig and officials are trying to determine whether the wind from Hurricane Ike may have caused the accident.
