Truck driver had a stroke

Truck driver had a stroke
9/11/08
ENC Today, NC
Quote:
The driver of the tractor-trailer that ran over a compact car and killed all three people inside Tuesday morning had a stroke around the time of the crash.
However, no sources have said whether the trucker, Aubrey Ray Weddle, was having a stroke when the wreck happened.
The attorney for the trucking company Weddle was driving for, Cargo Transporters, released a statement Wednesday confirming reports by a trucker following Weddle Tuesday morning that Weddle showed "evidence of a medical problem" prior to the accident.

I like the spin on this one...we can't win for losing.

Kind of like saying: He died of a heart attack. It's not apparent whether he was having problems in the moments prior to his death.

A truck driver can't get a break.

Unfortunately, it is for the lawsuit. They are not interested in anything else.
