Fatal Semi-Trailer Accident in Lemhi County Fatal Semi-Trailer Accident in Lemhi County 9/11/08 KPVI-TV, ID Quote: One person has died this morning in a semi-trailer accident in Lemhi County. According to Idaho State Police, two semi-trailers were on State Highway 28 when they crashed a little after 4:00 AM. One semi-trailer caught on fire. One person died in the accident and another person was injured.
