Overturned 18 wheeler has highway shut down in west Shreveport Overturned 18 wheeler has highway shut down in west Shreveport 9/12/08 Quote: SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - A crash involving an 18 wheeler loaded with cattle has shut down a section of Interstate 220 through west Shreveport. The closure is on both sides of the highway near the exit for Interstate 20 east.
