Slick weather behind several overnight accidents Slick weather behind several overnight accidents 4/7/09 CANADA Quote: The morning commute continued to a be a tricky drive as slick patches of ice covered roads around the Greater Toronto Area. There were a number of weather-related accidents overnight, including one that involved a salt truck flipping over in Richmond Hill. The salt truck skidded out of control and fell on its side after hitting an ice patch on Elgin Mills Road near Bayview Avenue.
