| Without having witnessed the accident, it's impossible for me to say who was at fault. Of course, the 4-wheeler shouldn't have been on the scale ramp, but why didn't the big truck driver see him? Regardless, I would not be surprised if the truck driver was charged.

| I was wondering the same thing. The driver said he came over a hill or a rise and had no time to react when he saw the car. I haven't been to that scale in a while but I can't remember entering any inspection station where there wasn't a clear view.
