I-40 in Arkansas

2 people was killed in this accident.. My Daughter 23 yrs old and my 1 yr old grandson My 3 yr old grand daughter walked away no Injuries my 6 yr old got a broken arm. future son in law was beat up alot but no major injuries.. I NEEEED more photos of this accident if you have them.. also any witnesses of this accident.. My father Raised me in the trucking industry and i have lived eaten and breathed trucks all my life ANYONE please come forward My daughter was taken from me too soon im a disabled vet on limited income and need to know the truth on what happened.

 

The majority of Arkansas doesn't have or need an abundance of snow removal equipment. If you were a taxpayer would you want millions tied up in this type of equipment? When and where would the operators get/do their training? The equipment would seize up from a lack of use before requiring it.

The storm was just one of those things that happened and after a few days it melted and went away. That's about all you canhope for and expect imho.

 

They should take a lesson from good ol TN from Nashvill to Memphis the roads had been cleared and treated no ice or snow on the roads, Not till AR did it go down hill . I figure if TN can deal with it whats wrong with AR,

 

I guess it's all dependant upon what the taxpayers of the state want to spend their tax dollars on. Remember, that if they spend money on snow/ice removal equipment and training one of two things else have to happen. 1)Taxes have to go up to pay for it or 2)Something else in the budget gets cut.

The Government can give you waht ever you want as long as you are prepared to pat for it.

 

Sorry but that was the only picture I got from the 208 accident I was about the 25th truck in line when they opened the road back up. I have no idea what happened as I got there after it was all over to sit still for a few hours and wait for them to open the roads back up. I am sorry for your lost ones. I wish I knew more but I don't. I am happy to hear that the little girl was unharmed. I saw that little pink car seat and saw no blood on it so I was hoping she was unharmed or really hoping it was just a carseat and the little one wasnt in the car that day.

 

Thank you.. I was told there maybe a 3rd Truck involved.. that didnt stop that made them spin out of control IF you hear anything or anyone knows anything WE need to know.. I have been raised in the trucking industry and i do know there are GOOD ppl out there.. on the road and life on the road is tough at times any info is good info.. once again Thank you.. ( update on the Girls both girls are doing well .. still have some night terrors with Help from doctors they will make it )

Why not have your "lawyer" get in touch with the Ar Highway Police and get there photos. I sure they took way more than Jolsen did when he was driven by.
