And the driver of the semi was ticketed, right? Please tell us that it is still not OK to drive into people and hurt them.

I said before and i will say it again. Truck drivers are the dumbest and lower life that there is. They are stupid, ignorant and do not give a crap about anyone out there because 99 percent of the time they do not get hurt when they killed someone.

Yup...blame the truck driver........
I'll bet most 4-wheelers would probably say the driver failed to control his trailer....

Been there...done that before when a taxi driver tried to pass between my trailer and the curb......I still was 30% at fault...even though she hit me......

The dude getting caught is FUBAR.. The public and maybe the police blaming the trucker... SNAFU...

Here is what a friend of mine says about the comment on truckers:

He says "Where some truck drivers might be morons, most of us are professinals. If it wasnt for your stupid truck drivers, you wouldnt have anything. So give us more respect."
