    I55 West Memphis

Just came through Memphis on I55 South. A FedEx truck bobtailing hit one of the concrete barriers blocking the inside lane. Looks like he tore the driver side steer wheel off. Huge backup going north.

    FedExTractor

When I went by, the driver was out of the truck and a southbound truck had stopped in the inside lane and was talking with him. The truck was a day cab white.

FFFEEWWW!! TY. Both my guitarist and keyboardist drive for FeDEx, I'm not sure who the company is that owns the truck. I used to run for JBL Logistics out of Lake City CA. Run a straight truck. To my knowledge all the straight trucks and the tractors w/sleepers are O/O or sub-contracted, the day cabs are owned by FedEx, they pull doubles mostly.
