Amish buggy struck by semi

    The article didn't say anything about the horse (small carriage, probably singleton). I'm curious to know what happened to the horse.

    As far as how the Amish treat their farm machinery, (oops, I mean horses): I used to own a Tennessee Walker. Named him Elmer because if he didn't come home from New Holland (where the Amish buy and sell a lot of livestock) he woulda been glue.

    Worry about the horse because if the horse bolts he takes the carriage with him, resulting in the proverbial "property damage injury or death".
