I for one hope if proven to be DUI to apply for the firing squad. How the hell do you pass a #### buggy and not clear it before coming back over on a 4 lane divided road?

    Wargames Thanks this.

Its amazing this doesn't happen around here more often. The amish here think they own the road. They will not move over for you.

I'm always worried about scaring the horse when I pass them.

And is any other vehicle on the road required to "move over for you" when you pass?

I'll answer that for you... no. And neither are they. You must treat them exactly as you would a slower motor vehicle.

I have heard...that the Amish buggies actually have the right of way...legally!

Having 70 -80 thousand pounds and 400 horsepower....can create quite the "bully instinct"!

    Wargames and pjw044 Thank this.

I alway give the Amish buggies a wide berth....After all, They don't have sense enough to realize that it's not 1865 anymore so why would they have sense enough to pay attention to anything else that's going on around them?

Horse and buggy on a 4 lane highway= IDIOTS!
