Driver killed by load of pipe in San Antonio....
http://www.mysanantonio.com/news/loc...ek-3655213.php
A man was killed in a crash about 11 p.m. along Interstate 10 near Ralph Fair Road, when the driver of a tractor-trailer was crushed by a load of 40-foot steel pipes he was carrying. The driver ran into another big rig that had slowed along the highway. The impact from that wreck sent the second vehicle crashing into a third big rig.

hmm pipe loaded on a step deck. Not exactly ideal. Looking at the pictures though, pipes or not he must have hit that truck in front at full speed.
