First off you where not there you do not know (and we do not know) why he was parked on the side of the road ,have you ever had you air start going down and did not know why ? see a flat in your rear view and stop on the side so you would send gators all over the road ? We do not know if the driver of the truck was speeding stoned or just not looking ,,,to put it simple we don't know what made this happen so how can we judge ?
I can tell you from expirance that when invovled in a fatality even if it is in no way your fualt you feel pretty bad about it ,so in a way the other driver probably is burning over it .
R.I.P and my the other driver find peace again ,,,,,btdt

Majority of the time,
there is no good reason for a truck to be parked on the shoulder.
But you see the stupidity of it, everyday.........

we have had our trk shut down (not the one we drive now) on us going down the road....and limped it to the shoulder....tried to make it to an exit and it simply WOULDNT go.....got it to stay running long enough to get us out of the road...i agree, no shoulder parking...but sometimes it just cant be helped....sad that someone lost their life and left loved ones behind somewhere....but makes ya wonder why he was driving on the shoulder in the first place?? my video wouldnt play right..so maybe i missed it....sad either way....

Don't cruise down the shoulder. someone might be sitting on it.
