Car fire at NYS Thruway East cash box in Buffalo, NY

Video at 11. Sorry, the wide angle lenses don't do much for the view quality. Was interesting that there was very little rubbernecking. The car was out of camera view when the burning magnesium in the engine compartment went off as it was hit with the water stream.

Yeah, sorry. I have 2 cameras pointed forward and aligned the fields of view at the front edge of the hood. Unfortunately, the lenses don't maintain the perspective as the distance increases, so the fields of view overlap more the further out they go.

Oh well, it's a cheap $400 system from Wal-Mart. I suppose I could have spent $2500 on a system that doesn't have the double vision problem. I think this one does what needs to be done though.

    Samsung SDE-3004N, specifications HERE

I have a Samsung Galaxy tablet on my dash that's connected to it via WiFi, so I can monitor the cameras while driving. Good for that occasional tight blindside back.
