Driver killed 8/7 in Loves Parking lot in Odessa TX?????
Sirius 106 reported this morning a driver was killed in the parking lot of loves this morning n Odessa. Apparently a young driver, in a hurry to get fuel struck a driver, severing him in half.
Anyone else hear this or know if it's true or not?? (I hope it's not true)

sad but true. Story calls him a pedestrian but stated residence as Sallisaw OK, likely another driver.

I'm a young driver but I dnt drive like this. Even the older ones think its cool to fly threw the pumps or do 25 mph threw the parking lots. There stupid they belive its cool to do it. Stop showing off all your doing is making your self look like an ###.

hard to say what will happen being it was on private property, but i'm willing to be the driver got carted off in stainless steel bracelets & booked in the county jail to await trial. i forgive the young driver but his stupidity, ignorance & arrogance for a truckstop parking lot can't be over looked here. more than likely say bye bye to ur cdl forever young man

Perhaps the dear departed walked into a hazardous situation ? news story i posted stated that driver didn't see him, nor was he issued a ticket on the spot. Perhaps this is not a cut and dried case of an idiot driver in the parking lot.

when u get in the parking lot put it in granny gear & let it idle where u wanna go, if ur not going fast enough for the others screw em; accidents like this can definitely be preveneted Originally Posted by TruckerPete1990
