The driver of this big rig told police he heard a big bang underneath his truck seconds before he lost control and overturned on Grant Line Road near Midway Road. No one was hurt, the driver included, but water pipes strewn across the road shut it down temporarily.

The driver of this big rig told police he heard a big bang underneath his truck seconds before he lost control and overturned on Grant Line Road near Midway Road, just over the Alameda-San Joaquin County line. No one was hurt, the driver included, but spilled plastic pipes cluttered the roadway and caused the Alameda California Highway Patrol to temporarily close the road.
