RIP driver and my condolences to the families.

This is sad and sorry at the same time. This is suppose to be a professional truck driving school/company teaching and practicing safe driving habits. No seat belts and 16 people pushes the van into CMV/FMCSA status. That's the whole purpose the van was limited to 15 people. I don't know how that will play out?

The van looks too small to be a 15 passenger. I remember when I took my CDL driving test in SoCal. An England tractor pulled in and at least 8 people got out of it. Looked like a circus clown car unloading.

    C.R. England drivers can't even drive a 4 wheeler!
    Not surprising...

Injured in this "crash". There's about a 1% chance it was "accidental".

Sounds like these Mega carriers are an accident waiting to happen. No pun intended. I rode in a Club Van back and forth to work at a job. This one knothead was cutting corners, tailgating, ect. He WAS a driver in a loose term. Everyone in the Van was talking ,ect. not watching the drivers bad habits. I had enough and told him either operate the vehicle safely or I would pull him out of the seat and leave him on the side of the road in Wyoming. He slowed down.............

THAT is a 12 passenger van, the 15 have substantially more rear overhang, we haul them everyday, how in the hell can you expect trainees to do a good job driving a big rig when the school doesn't even follow safety standards for a passenger van.

So that means at LEAST 4 people were not wearing seat belts, nice. Condolences to the drivers family that was killed and best wishes for the injured.
