When will they learn? The one's that still text and drive think they can do it better than the many that have already died. No you can't is all I can say. Back to the thoughts you can do something 5000 times and all it takes is that one time.

Another beautiful life needlessly lost over something stupid.

Teah, and we,(The trucking Community) get the Rules and regs, Not so Much them.........

How bout Imposing a $2700 Fine to ALL motorists caught Texting,Facebooking,Talking on the telephone,Eating,Putting on Make-up,Shaving,

And if they Die in a Crash and Proof was Found like this.......Give the Family of the texter the $2700 citation, Teach a good lesson here.

(Of course, wait till the immdeiate grieving is over, Then a Week Later Have an Officer Go over to the next of Kin,Mother,Father etc and Line them up Good with a Big Ticket)

"why Am i Getting a Ticket" they insist, "Because You didnt Teach your Son,Daughter,Brother,Sister How to Drive without distractions

    heres an even better question.......

Why Are PARENTS so adement on gettting their Son or Daughter a Drivers license at 16 years of age?

Its Like its a "must" or a fact of life

Go into any DMV these days and You see 15-17 y/ool Spoiled Rotten Kids with their Parents getting a Licernse

A License is a Privaledge, not a Right,. But The way people act, its their God-Given Right.

making more laws will NOT stop people from texting...

What if I am in the passenger seat, and the car is moving, should my phone be immobilized?

Education, responsibility, and consequences of actions is the only thing that will reduce the number of people texting and driving... you will never eliminate it, and laws will never eliminate it... Parents, schools, and the government have removed personal responsibility, and consequences of actions from education... that is why we have the epidemic of morons we have today.
